Terms of Service for LineZ
Effective Date: February 24, 2026
I. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, accessing, or using LineZ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
II. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Zero-Tolerance Policy LineZ relies on community-generated data. We maintain a strict, zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. By using the app, you agree not to post content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise highly offensive.
Moderation & Reporting: Users may flag inappropriate content and block abusive users directly within the app at any time.
Admin Action: Administrators will review all flagged content within 24 hours. Any content deemed objectionable will be permanently removed, and the offending user's account will be banned from the platform immediately.
III. Limitation of Liability and Assumption of Risk: LineZ is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not endorse, encourage, or track the consumption of alcohol.
Wait Times & Venue Data: Wait times and crowd levels are user-generated estimates, not guaranteed facts. LineZ is not liable for inaccurate wait times, denied entry, or any resulting business interruptions or financial losses for venues.
Personal Safety: You assume all risks associated with your travel, physical safety, and behavior while using the app. LineZ and its creators are not liable for any injuries, property damage, or legal consequences resulting from your actions or intoxication at any venue listed on the platform.
IV. Intellectual Property: The LineZ application, its original content (excluding User-Generated Content), design, source code, UI/UX, algorithms, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LineZ. The application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or use our branding or software without prior written consent.
V. Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the app, us, or third parties.
